A RCG story : Key Learning for Company to hire RCG

Picks from a soulful thought from a RCG friend :
Up-to-date, I have joined this company for 6 months already. During this period, I learned, I gained, and I growth with my job along with personal knowledge.

I am always glad that I can integrate myself and adapt in the team to support the direct material production issue effectively. If without the helping hand that my teammates and buddy lend to me openly, I wouldn’t have been able to do all this. Together with their helps, being an initiative person to learn and brush up my own skills do see myself overcoming hurdles and barriers along the road.

I got the chance to really apply what have been learnt on a real world issue. It really did helps a lot in speeding up my learning curve while improving my interpersonal skill dealing with stakeholders and users. The bottom line is, I got to pick up faster with not only having theoretical knowledge learnt, but also the hands on issue.

To even strengthen the absorption level after every lesson, I would do not only the e-learning evaluation, but my team mates would come out with their own test for me to practice as well. This test is later on reviewed together with a benchmark score of 80%. Base on the scoring, we will be able to find out which section I’m still lacking knowledge and thus, enhance the learning on those weaker parts.

The next key factor that makes the training perfect is great team work. Up until now, I feel particularly glad and thankful because I have team mates that keen to guide and give advice whenever I require them. Anytime when a concern rises that I could hardly handle alone, my team mates would work as a mentor to me willingly and help me in tackling the problem with appropriate solution.

My interpretation as of "Today in History"

A Family being released to be independence...supposingly. The family were blessed with a Boy named MM and there were also an adoption of another two child (MC and MI) from a distance relatives that were travel a long way to find their faith in this land. There had lost their relatives contact since then.

The very own child MM know that he will be blessed and inherit from his father wealth but in contrast, the two were working hard in order to survive for future as they realize that they would not have further demand to their father but appreciate for him being good to allow them to stay with this family. The MM were jealous sometime and the MC & MI were humble all the time as they had inherited good ethic from their very own parents.

Today, this family is celebrating their 50th independence day. The MC and MI are still working very hard and harder to postition future challenge of globilization and setup new platform for their next generation. While MM still have the same faith...his believe is true and still true.

It never been easy travel this long for being faithful and humble for MC & MI . And really hope that one day they could work together with M to grow the wealth of the family together and for future of next generation and for the appreciation of good will from the family.

The father has to realize the truth of the M thinking today will not be sustainable but will be collapsed one day. God may bless you once but not all the time. By all means, wake up now or still have chance to survive.

根本不需要玩下去 (Perhaps, should not continue the battle)

The beginning...

Hey...Today I begun to be a blogger for simply just because of a "monkey story". It has been so easy to blog publicly nowadays but it never been easy to blog safely in certain circumstances and restriction.

Since when I started to be observer for those monkey in the cage. I observe their every moment, funny gesture (sometime point a middle finger without knowing the 'meaning' that defines by the homo sapiens) , act stupidly, pee anywhere, laugh at people out there. They are making fun of themselves very much, btw they are naked too...no worry as long they are happy.
