Really can freely 'Blog' anything ah?

I blog from my insight
I blog for the thing I like
but I also blog for the thing I don't like
1st year in blogger site
So far enjoying pen my mind
After few incident of S.A.I
I'm hesitate to write...as afraid might be caught by S.A.I :p
Bolehland has a hidden guide
but then...ask why? why be constrained by the S.A.I
as it is really just S.A.I (and nothing else)

I'm penangites...a brave guy
will continue to write regardless of day or night
I live in a beautiful seaside
I see the world with my eyes
I have beautiful mind (hopefully)
I have many things I like and don't like
Write as I think it is right
record the thought of moment is good enough for the blog site

BUT...really can freely 'Blog' anything ah? hehehe

巨鸡论 (a big fat hen)

one, two,...buckle my shoe (bare foot...kaki ayam but have a strong stand on the solid ground)

three, four,...shut the door (warning...the Insane Stupid Action may knock your door anytime...but just learnt that it meant for people protection too)

five, six, ...pick up sticks (pick up the candle)

seven eight...lay them straight (candlelight/yellow ribbon protest and lay it out peacefully)

nine, ten,...a big fat hen (just because of cakap cakap Ayam besar 巨鸡论...也)

So...perceive to be quite a busy week...for agricultural & hunting :P

916 Gold

When 'Curry' mixed with 'Najis'... it way too disgusting. Don't ever serve this kind of food on the table...you will only get one response...'Pi Lah'.

There variety of 'Pau' in the market...Char Siew Pau/Bak Pau/Leng Yung Pau....but seems Permatang Pau is the most emergent Pau in town-2008. People discuss (diskus or diskusi) it day and night. Finally, thing suppose to happen is happened on 8/26 with great help from Curry , Najis, Pi Lah and many-many other uneatable food had successfully made Permatang Pau was so well accepted and perceive delicious. Now, the Permatang Pau operator wanted to expand it markets and brand the Pau as pure as 916 gold. Vision on conquer the heart of consumer is on the way.

Btw, regardless of whether it is black pau or white pau, as long the pau can bring the good health, good taste and ecominomically good....then this is a good pau. Permatang Pau boleh but hopefully !

Remarks : when there is no good pau in choice, then pick the better pau ok! Good luck!

Stress for Stress

Study OB (organization behaviour) appearing to be an interesting topic...
attitude<>behavior ??
job Satisfaction<>no job satisfaction ??
value <> motivation ??
individual<> turnover ??
dissatisfaction <> absentism ??
sad employee <> low productivity ??
more pay <> happy <> high performance ??

all about cause & effect....absolutely no right or wrong answer....no straight line to explain correlationship but potentially be distorted by the moderator(s) along the way.

Were the 1970's workplace is more stressful than today ?....weekend'er...working thru the net for > 10 hours to search for relevant literature material/artical/abstract/journal/source to argue on the stand...

work under stress to complete the assignment for stress....stress for stress !!

remember...there also a Good stress and Bad stress...will share later...but for sure the stress I'm on now is a good stress :P

Back to school

Today...an 'interesting' kicked off on the back to school mission. With a heavy foot, I step back to the academy to possess a higher education in MBA with speciality in SCM (Supply Chain Management).

It going to be a tough time ahead to study as part-timer and yet a good amount of pressure in work and series of life upgrading challenge. With the great supportive family as a base and religiously devotion, I'm sure I can do it better and better. Don't forget to thank company for the 'scholarship' though...

I had been travelled thru the part-time completion of my Bachelor degree and it was a nobody experience that one can understand and posted a milestone for self-satisfaction and achievement. Now...the second time, yes...just go do it....full stop.
