So far enjoying pen my mind
After few incident of S.A.I
I'm hesitate to write...as afraid might be caught by S.A.I :p
Bolehland has a hidden guide
but then...ask why? why be constrained by the S.A.I
as it is really just S.A.I (and nothing else)

I'm penangites...a brave guy

three, four,...shut the door (warning...the Insane Stupid Action may knock your door anytime...but just learnt that it meant for people protection too)

five, six, ...pick up sticks (pick up the candle)

seven eight...lay them straight (candlelight/yellow ribbon protest and lay it out peacefully)

nine, ten,...a big fat hen (just because of cakap cakap Ayam besar 巨鸡论...也)

So...perceive to be quite a busy week...for agricultural & hunting :P

916 Gold

When 'Curry' mixed with 'Najis'... it way too disgusting. Don't ever serve this kind of food on the table...you will only get one response...'Pi Lah'.

There variety of 'Pau' in the market...Char Siew Pau/Bak Pau/Leng Yung Pau....but seems Permatang Pau is the most emergent Pau in town-2008. People discuss (diskus or diskusi) it day and night. Finally, thing suppose to happen is happened on 8/26 with great help from Curry , Najis, Pi Lah and many-many other uneatable food had successfully made Permatang Pau was so well accepted and perceive delicious. Now, the Permatang Pau operator wanted to expand it markets and brand the Pau as pure as 916 gold. Vision on conquer the heart of consumer is on the way.

Btw, regardless of whether it is black pau or white pau, as long the pau can bring the good health, good taste and ecominomically good....then this is a good pau. Permatang Pau boleh but hopefully !

Remarks : when there is no good pau in choice, then pick the better pau ok! Good luck!

all about cause & effect....absolutely no right or wrong answer....no straight line to explain correlationship but potentially be distorted by the moderator(s) along the way.

Were the 1970's workplace is more stressful than today ?....weekend'er...working thru the net for > 10 hours to search for relevant literature material/artical/abstract/journal/source to argue on the stand...

work under stress to complete the assignment for stress....stress for stress !!

remember...there also a Good stress and Bad stress...will share later...but for sure the stress I'm on now is a good stress :P

Back to school

Today...an 'interesting' kicked off on the back to school mission. With a heavy foot, I step back to the academy to possess a higher education in MBA with speciality in SCM (Supply Chain Management).

It going to be a tough time ahead to study as part-timer and yet a good amount of pressure in work and series of life upgrading challenge. With the great supportive family as a base and religiously devotion, I'm sure I can do it better and better. Don't forget to thank company for the 'scholarship' though...

I had been travelled thru the part-time completion of my Bachelor degree and it was a nobody experience that one can understand and posted a milestone for self-satisfaction and achievement. Now...the second time, yes...just go do it....full stop.

Ma/馬 phenomenal

Osa'Ma' - remind me on 911 and the whole world knew that what he's famous on...

Oba'Ma' - remind me on US presidential and the whole world knew that he had beaten Hillary as better candidate for the 2008 presidential battle...yet to do something really great...

'Ma'hathir - remind me on great work he had done for the country and the whole world knew that he is retiring...oops not really.

'Ma' Ying-jeou - remind me on taiwan but china and the whole world new that he had shot down AhBian beautifully and can't wait to see how he could turn around the country magically.

They all have the common essense and charisma to be in position and great leadership for the follower...and they are 'Ma' in common.

As the Ma'馬' country is in revolutionary transition(hopefully) in political power. Undenieable, there a great challengers are lining up and prepared to battle the 5o year-old ruler party...

There is a 'Ma' is now desperately to take over the leadership to battle the global inflation and unreasonable oil price crisis...his name is 'Ma'-an - 鞍馬.....I guess u know who I refer to...as I just creatively replace the 馬 from 华 with hope to boost him up to do something GREAT for the country...I really hope so....and make another Ma phenomenon in collection.

5-12-2008
2:00pm : I was having a conference meeting with my colleague in China, ChengDu ((成都)
2:10pm : We conferenced another colleague in for further discussed on some business issue.
2:20pm : Hearing a lot background noise...(外边有很多人。。。）...I hear no response from the other end of my colleague there...I thought it might have some party going on there...as I sounds like hearing someone just shut "ice-scream"
2:22pm : I waited on the phone patiently as it real important to continue the meeting.
2:23pm : Since 2:20pm, what I heard it just a noisy sounds....suddenly I got back the response from far end and told me that she is evacuating the building...and hung up the phone. At this moment. I again thought that it might be on fire emergency.
3:00pm : My netmeeting session still on with my colleague and hope that she can backup online soon to continue the discussion.
6:00pm : Travel back home and listened to radio report as usual. It was a shocking news...magnituded 7.8 earthquake was just happened in ChengDu...

Earthquake....wasn't means a lot in the 'safe-land' like Malaysia other than the most remarkable Tsunami experiences caused by the tidal-wave from Sumatra earthquake.

Flash back the few minutes experience of sounds earthquake, it had never been enough from the real situation experienced by the victim and frontline workforce that work damn hard on the rescue work. We..the earth residence and the god do bless you there, be it if you still alive or in heaven.

83-year-old blogger

May-1-2008...our dear Tun Dr M has following the stream of cyber'tizen (http://www.chedet.com/). He had earnt my respect for his noteworthy contribution to the country and thanks for his leadership for setting up the foundation of hope. For the age of 83 , he blog for the country with full of passion.

I noticed that some of people who criticized blogger as a 'monkey' had also now a blogger. Thing will not absolutely right or wrong and always a grey area. So, the 'monkey' out there please continue do what you think is right as long as not harm others.

I has been blogged for quite sometime and enjoy blogging very much. Thanks for my regular viewer (although is not many :P but I think it is increasing), but truly you are one of the momentum to keep me blogging.

August Rush

For long time I had never not been able to find a movie that could trigger much sentimental thought but rather just a movie. Having travelled more than 18 hours on plane, I just can't help to play this movie twice although there a lot more movie/program are in the choice.

August Rush...the film casted by my favorite Robin William and a surprise young talent Freddie Highmore. A story about love, about music, about life and about children (a gift of god). I just love the contemporary music theme , the cello , guitar , piano play and how it connecting the heart of romance with the beautiful music and the believe in miracle of life.

I think that something I earnt from the recent trip else I might miss this beautiful movie (since 2007) for long. It never too late but it's matter of how we appreciate a creation of art...

Quick wrap up !

It was my first business trip off the country during CNY and fell in 'Winter' time. Flew for 18hours acrossed the pacific ocean and started the journey of challenge of 30 days "mission". Having transit in LA and did a quick LA tour for half a day before heading to the Cactus state (welcoming by the middle-finger plant around the state).

Day begun with absent of my counterpart (out sick for week plus) that we suppose to layout plan/work toward this 30days mission. I was stucked and sense of 'helpless' for a moment but require a quick return to the real world as fas as I could. Day-to-day deliverables being tracked. Meeting-to-meeting being held. Worked across the foreseeable turbulence. The Asia team had shown the great demonstration of capabilities and disciplinary act to the corporate on the quality of work. On the 3rd week, the big day of demonstrating the good work of a 'working prototype' to the stakeholder from different supply chain functional. As room facilities not work as it expected, the Asia crew had done a remarkable "Wayang kulit" show thru the Cubicle connection and broadcast the sounds and image to the room. This is so call a live Hi-Tech simulation.

Despite...work, work, work but we do tried to have fun out of the hassle work schedule. Visited GC, LA , LV (refer to my previous post) and bought lot reasonable (looks cheap in local currency:P) stuff as appreciation of sacrifices of ownself and family:p

It has been a mixed of feeling travel along a big group that came from different background of religion, charactersitic, attitude and consideration. We may have silence 'complain' (may be not) among each other but for sure you got my apology if I do offence anyone along the journey but truely thanks for any help you had been offered explicitly or implicitly.

After all, everything seems goes smoothly and Thanks to my family, friends and colleague ! Btw, we do celebrated the 'Pearl Island GE2008 victory' in LV though! Y-a-h-o-o!

The closing of 30 days assignment it just signalizes a new challenge ahead to continue the mission back in home country. I hope, this is a good step stone for the country team to grab more opportunities in future on what the team can offer in today globalization challenge.

R for a Rocket

Perfect launched of rocket this round Versus miss conception used of million dollars for just making a trip to space station. The same "rocket" project but given a completely different output of worthiness.

A remarkable Mar08-2008 and the people voiced it out loud and bravely voted. I seen from thousand miles away from the country and "blaming" for not being able to vote on this GE2008 as couldn't execute my right for the country and for next generation. It was unbelievable and it just hit to wrong timing. My heart still following thru the progression of the campaign and flag ocean down in my homeland while also enjoying the presidential campaign ran in the country I visited.

For very first time, 2/3 being truly denied . Now, we are seeing hope of future (not yet) and good balance of multiple "strong" parties that built a good groundwork for a "healthier" democratic system moving forward (hopefully). We marching toward the hope of revolution and put a great will for the new ruling party for the pearl island. The people gave a beautiful victory to "R", hope "R" give us back a beautiful island as a return. God bless "R" and all!

Hope the children in School can now "openly" learn on......R for a Rocket!

I know what you did last weekend 3/2/2008 PST

Have a 2nd visit to GC-Grand Canyon. A different feel of weather compare to 1st visit (Summer vs Winter). More time spent to browse thru the different scenic viewpoint. A windy day marked as ~ 12 degree C. A whitish coated canyon kept my interest to snap more photo for the view I never had it before in summer time. A disappointment was not manage to catch the Skywalk as it was setup in different rim. I shall come back again one day in Autumn or Spring...may be :)

If thing seems to be true, then it is true. "Right Lane must turn right"...what a great phrase as to follow rule and make no mistake.

I wanted to post it earlier but been too busy these day....may be just an excuse :P

something made me feel happy

Happiness is an abstract feeling. Do what you like ! Love who you like ! Spend precious time with one you care ! ...See thing with faith and choose what you want that to be...positive/negative, white/black , sad/happy , up/down, good/bad....else make your own happiness the way you like.

I found one now and thought to share for good. For very first time, I kind of seriously worked on some Ad video production from head to toe for a video contest. Spent time to think for idea, think on aspect of video production/edit/audio/camera shooting/visual effect/software/hardware...etc. It was tough for a novice to adapt to real work need in order to complete a video clip. I enjoyed the process very much and cherish every moment and experience I have gone through and printed a satisfactory smile on my face. The video is not distributable for the sake of contest, else I would rather share it.

In fact, I admired most who made a great commercial and I pretty 'ambitious' to make my name one day to have similar prospect in Ad production world for the place I can find more satisfaction and happiness. I love art from music, song , design (commersial), to video filming more than anything I do in my current profession (of course, there also something good in there ;p).
