all about cause & effect....absolutely no right or wrong answer....no straight line to explain correlationship but potentially be distorted by the moderator(s) along the way.
Were the 1970's workplace is more stressful than today ?....weekend'er...working thru the net for > 10 hours to search for relevant literature material/artical/abstract/journal/source to argue on the stand...
work under stress to complete the assignment for stress....stress for stress !!
remember...there also a Good stress and Bad stress...will share later...but for sure the stress I'm on now is a good stress :P

Back to school
Today...an 'interesting' kicked off on the back to school mission. With a heavy foot, I step back to the academy to possess a higher education in MBA with speciality in SCM (Supply Chain Management).
It going to be a tough time ahead to study as part-timer and yet a good amount of pressure in work and series of life upgrading challenge. With the great supportive family as a base and religiously devotion, I'm sure I can do it better and better. Don't forget to thank company for the 'scholarship' though...
I had been travelled thru the part-time completion of my Bachelor degree and it was a nobody experience that one can understand and posted a milestone for self-satisfaction and achievement. Now...the second time, yes...just go do it....full stop.

Ma/馬 phenomenal
Osa'Ma' - remind me on 911 and the whole world knew that what he's famous on...
Oba'Ma' - remind me on US presidential and the whole world knew that he had beaten Hillary as better candidate for the 2008 presidential battle...yet to do something really great...
'Ma'hathir - remind me on great work he had done for the country and the whole world knew that he is retiring...oops not really.
'Ma' Ying-jeou - remind me on taiwan but china and the whole world new that he had shot down AhBian beautifully and can't wait to see how he could turn around the country magically.
They all have the common essense and charisma to be in position and great leadership for the follower...and they are 'Ma' in common.
As the Ma'馬' country is in revolutionary transition(hopefully) in political power. Undenieable, there a great challengers are lining up and prepared to battle the 5o year-old ruler party...
There is a 'Ma' is now desperately to take over the leadership to battle the global inflation and unreasonable oil price crisis...his name is 'Ma'-an - 鞍馬.....I guess u know who I refer to...as I just creatively replace the 馬 from 华 with hope to boost him up to do something GREAT for the country...I really hope so....and make another Ma phenomenon in collection.

Where is our leader when your people homes were flooded ?
Where is our leader when your people lands were hit by tsunami ?
Where is our leader when the fuel price gone up ?
Where is our leader when we 'lost' our mother tongue's school ?
Where is our leader when justice system being exploited ?
Where is our leader when your people are economically depressed ?
Where is our leader when your people are insecure to live ?

Live from ChengDu
5-12-2008
2:00pm : I was having a conference meeting with my colleague in China, ChengDu ((成都)
2:10pm : We conferenced another colleague in for further discussed on some business issue.
2:20pm : Hearing a lot background noise...(外边有很多人。。。）...I hear no response from the other end of my colleague there...I thought it might have some party going on there...as I sounds like hearing someone just shut "ice-scream"
2:22pm : I waited on the phone patiently as it real important to continue the meeting.
2:23pm : Since 2:20pm, what I heard it just a noisy sounds....suddenly I got back the response from far end and told me that she is evacuating the building...and hung up the phone. At this moment. I again thought that it might be on fire emergency.
3:00pm : My netmeeting session still on with my colleague and hope that she can backup online soon to continue the discussion.
6:00pm : Travel back home and listened to radio report as usual. It was a shocking news...magnituded 7.8 earthquake was just happened in ChengDu...
Earthquake....wasn't means a lot in the 'safe-land' like Malaysia other than the most remarkable Tsunami experiences caused by the tidal-wave from Sumatra earthquake.
Flash back the few minutes experience of sounds earthquake, it had never been enough from the real situation experienced by the victim and frontline workforce that work damn hard on the rescue work. We..the earth residence and the god do bless you there, be it if you still alive or in heaven.

83-year-old blogger
May-1-2008...our dear Tun Dr M has following the stream of cyber'tizen (http://www.chedet.com/). He had earnt my respect for his noteworthy contribution to the country and thanks for his leadership for setting up the foundation of hope. For the age of 83 , he blog for the country with full of passion.
I noticed that some of people who criticized blogger as a 'monkey' had also now a blogger. Thing will not absolutely right or wrong and always a grey area. So, the 'monkey' out there please continue do what you think is right as long as not harm others.
I has been blogged for quite sometime and enjoy blogging very much. Thanks for my regular viewer (although is not many :P but I think it is increasing), but truly you are one of the momentum to keep me blogging.
